Weld specifications, tolerances and inspection requirements are clarified before quoting.

Our contract welding service brings your metal parts together into a finished assembly. We select MIG, MAG, TIG or laser welding to suit your component, with cutting and bending available as part of the same project.
Welded assemblies consist of individual parts joined by welding into a functional unit, such as sheets, tubes and profiles for frames, brackets or stands. The key is not just the individual weld, but how fit, distortion and subsequent assembly work together.
Share your drawing, bill of materials and requirements with us. We can combine laser cutting, tube processing, bending and welding into one manufacturing sequence. Our documented focus is steel and selected stainless steels; we check the material and welding requirements for each project.

One point of contact
The handheld laser welding system complements MIG, MAG and TIG. With suitable geometries, it enables narrow joints and concentrated heat input. We assess from the drawing whether the process is suitable for your component.
Send complete manufacturing documentation specifying material, quantity, weld details, tolerances, finish and required delivery date.
Early technical clarification prevents queries during production and provides a reliable basis for the quotation and delivery date.
Send drawings, 3D data, bill of materials, material, quantity and target date.
We assess welds, tolerances, accessibility, distortion and the appropriate manufacturing process.
Cutting, bending and welding are carried out in a coordinated sequence.
Components are inspected to specification, finished and prepared for assembly.
A finished welded assembly involves more than welding time. Define the required scope of supply so that quotations cover the same work.
Include a revision-controlled drawing, bill of materials and material grade. Identify functional surfaces, datums and required tolerances; add 3D data where needed.
Specify weld details, surface requirements and necessary documentation. Special inspections and the applicable certification scope are agreed before the order is accepted.
State whether individual parts will be supplied or whether prefabrication is required. Specify quantity, repeat demand, finishing, surface treatment and target date together.
The certificates define the framework. Before accepting an order, we clarify whether the material, process, execution class and inspection requirements for your specific component are covered.
View certificatesFlat components are made by Laser cutting, profiles and tubes by Tube laser cutting. Where needed, this is followed by CNC press brake bending.

We use MIG, MAG and TIG welding, as well as a 3,000 W laser welding system. We select the appropriate process according to the material, geometry, weld requirements and quantity.
Yes. We work from technical drawings, bills of materials and, where required, 3D data. We assess weld specifications, material, tolerances, inspection requirements and a cost-effective production sequence before quoting.
Our documented focus is on steel and selected stainless steels. We assess other materials and material combinations on a project-by-project basis.
Yes. We handle one-offs, prototypes, small batches and repeat production runs. For batch parts, we match fixtures and inspection procedures to the required repeatability.
Yes. Sheet and tube lasers, CNC bending, welding and assembly are available at one site. On request, we can therefore supply a fully manufactured assembly from one source.
NN is certified to DIN EN ISO 3834-3. Certified factory production control covers structural steel components and kits up to EXC2 under EN 1090-2. The specific welding scope is defined by the accompanying annexes and welding certificates. We assess applicability to your particular component.
Send material, quantity, weld requirements and target date – we will assess cost-effective production.
