Which materials and thicknesses can NN laser-cut?
We cut steel up to 30 mm, stainless steel up to 25 mm and aluminium up to 20 mm. The maximum sheet size is 4,000 × 2,000 mm.
Does NN also make one-off parts and small batches?
Yes. Our subcontract manufacturing handles prototypes, one-off parts, small batches and repeat production runs to customer drawings.
What dimensions are possible for tube laser cutting?
The tube laser processes tubes and profiles up to 6,000 mm long and up to 240 × 240 mm in cross-section. Holes, countersinks, chamfers and complex profiles are also possible.
Does NN also provide bending, welding and assembly?
Yes. Alongside laser cutting, we provide CNC bending, MIG, MAG, TIG and laser welding, assembly and surface finishing through to the finished unit.

Can you accept short-notice orders with quality inspection?
Yes, depending on material, scope and current machine capacity, we also assess short-notice manufacturing orders. We agree the delivery date, inspection criteria and required documentation with you.
